Historic case to challenge BBC’s coverage of 9/11

On 25 February 2013, in the town of Horsham in the United Kingdom, 3 hours of detailed 9/11 evidence is to be presented and considered in a court of law.

The BBC will be challenged over the inaccurate and biased manner in which it has portrayed 9/11.

Over the last 16 months, the BBC has been challenged strongly by individuals in the UK over two of its documentaries.

Formal complaints were lodged with BBC over the inaccuracy and bias of these documentaries, which, according to 9/11 activists, was in breach of the operating requirements of BBC through their ‘Royal Charter and Agreement’ with the British public.

This document requires BBC to show information that is both accurate and impartial.

These complaints were supported by the US-based educational charity Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth (AE911Truth), which submitted detailed scientific evidence to BBC to buttress the complaints.

The 911 'narrative' features in a UK legal case:
Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Company Limited (formerly The Chiyoda Fire and Marine Insurance Company Limited) Claimant
(1) Heraldglen Limited
(2) Advent Capital (No.3) Limited

The case was heard on 23 November 2012, with the hearing notes published on 8 February 2013.

The case upheld the earlier decision regarding insurance matters connected to 911 in that insured losses caused by the attacks on the World Trade Center arose out of two events and not one (similar to the insurance award to Larry Silverstein).

I don't know anything about the 3 parties involved, but it may be worth some further research.....

"Former UK intelligence official Tony Farrell has publicly questioned the official 9/11 story, and has been granted 3 hours to present the 9/11 evidence in a UK court of law."

Stef Zucconi has an interesting piece on Tony Farrell:

Comedy Infiltration?

There's a new character currently doing the rounds on the Conspiraloon Circuit...

It appears that the BBC will have control of both sides of the argument -- as usual.

The BBC or Bum Boys Club, as its known at the beeb, is a standing joke for the way they handled the Jimmy savile fiasco, airbrushing out all the boys abused by him and only mentining girls.During W W II the BBc was called by servicemen "bullshit time " as it was so loaded with propaganda

Good link CanSpeccy, very good link.

A lawsuit doomed and planned to fail in spectacular fashion, or fizzle out in a pathetic amateurish show.

Inoculation suit is one insider legal term for it. (got that from AP?) This link also covers the same topic looking at three other 911 suits that went bad.

The 911 truth movement constantly sets up people as leaders only to turn them into clowns later on to discredit the whole show.
Charlie Sheen, Rosie O'Donnel being two examples.

Good of you to pick up on what appears to be a controlled fake lawsuit..........I was initially excited yesterday when I heard about it.
This site seems to have morphed into something much much closer to the Icke site lately, IMO. Very odd.

If you follow the logic in the link that CanSpeccy provided - i.e. it's a scam, then perhaps "someones" are having an even bigger laugh given the location of the "court of law" - considering the horse meat shennanigans.

Horsham - Horse Ham ?
