"What is Ron Paul's solution - 'sound money' rather than 'paper money' - in other words a deflationary gold standard that changes control of the money supply from the Fed directly to the Rothschild gold monopoly." (Ron Paul The Deceiver - Out Of The Closet)

"Ron Paul is an unofficial member of the John Birch Society, which was founded by masons, funded by Nelson Rockefeller and run by Jesuit-trained Knights of Malta.

"In other words, the JBS is a gatekeeper organization, designed to control the opposition and make sure nothing substantial is ever done to impede the New World Order system which just keeps on rolling over humanity."

Ron Paul and Freemasonry Aftermath News

Reaganomics was about helping the rich elite.

Ron Paul supported Ronald Reagan.

Ronald Reagan was a bad guy.

Ron Paul must be a bad guy?

In the USA the Republicans still think that tax cuts for the rich and deregulation will solve America's economic problems. (Republicans Plot Tax Cuts And Deregulation For 2011 ...)

In the 1960s and 1970s:

There was widespread regulation of the economy and there were high taxes for the rich.

The world economy grew at about 3%, in per capita terms, each year.

From the 1980s onwards:

There was less regulation of the economy and there were lower taxes on the rich.

The world economy grew at about 1.5%, in per capita terms, each year.

What about Ronald Reagan and the US economy?

According to John Miller, teacher of economics at Wheaton College (Ronald Reagan's Legacy):

"The economy grew much more slowly in the 1980s than during the 1960s, more slowly than the postwar average of 3.6% annual growth, and no faster than in the 1970s or the 1990s.

"Nor did Reagan administration regulatory rollbacks unleash a productivity boom.

"Productivity gains in the 1980s failed to match those in the decades before and after, and couldn't hold a candle to the productivity gains of the 1960s boom...

" Reagan administration economic policies did not result in a 1960s-style prosperity, when workers' real wages went up in tandem with the value of stock holdings-just the opposite.

"Since 1980, the gains from U.S. economic growth have gone overwhelmingly to the well-to-do, and economic inequality has steadily worsened."

30 Statistics That Prove The Elite Are Getting Richer, The Poor Are Getting Poorer And The Middle Class Is Being Destroyed

Girls in Afghanistan in the 1960s, before the CIA started building up the extremist Moslems. Photo from O'Bannon article

In 1978, the government in Afghanistan was peaceful, moderate, progressive and non-communist.

The US government wanted control of Afghanistan.

The CIA decided to finance some extremist Moslems and put them into power in Afghanistan.

The CIA sets up and finances the extremist Moslem groups. Above, Ronald Reagan meets Afghan Mujahideen Commanders at the White House in 1983 (Reagan Archives)

Ronald Reagan means CIA support for Islamist extremists.

Ronald Reagan means Iran-Contra.

A column by Drew Pearson in the New York Post, 1967, reported that:

'a homosexual ring' operated out of Governor Reagan’s office for six months 'with his full knowledge' and that the governor 'did not act until pressured by aides into firing the men'.

Pearson alleged that Art Van Court, Reagan’s bodyguard, had a tape recording ‘of a (homosexual) sex orgy which had taken place at a cabin near Lake Tahoe, leased by two members of Reagan’s staff.’

The following paragraph is from: http://www.glbtq.com/social-sciences/republican_party.html

"The first organized and visible gay presence at a Republican National Convention occurred in 1984, when Ronald Reagan became his party's nominee for a second term.

"However, this presence did not prevent a conservative faction of the GOP from trying, but failing, to oust the newly formed Log Cabin Club, a gay Republican group, from the party in 1987.

"The effort to oust the Log Cabin Club may have failed because of Reagan's ties to the group."

An 1989 Washington Times investigative report by Paul M. Rodriguez and George Archibald revealed that:

A Washington, D.C. boy prostitution ring was under investigation.

The ring numbered among its clients high officials of the Reagan administration.

(“Homosexual prostitution inquiry ensnares VIPs with Reagan, Bush: ‘Call boys’ took midnight tour of White House,” June 29, 1989.)

“The investigation is said to be focused on illegal interstate prostitution, abduction and use of minors for sexual perversion, extortion, larceny and related illicit drug trafficking and use by prostitutes and their clients.”

Reportedly, one former top-level Pentagon officer said that for eight years, military and civilian intelligence authorities were concerned that 'a nest of homosexuals at top levels of the Reagan administration may have been penetrated by Soviet-backed espionage agents posing as male prostitutes.'

Reportedly, lobbyist Craig Spence conducted a 1 a.m tour of the Reagan White House on July 3, 1988 for six friends, including two homosexual call boys.

The following is from the above site:

Reagan knew many homosexuals in Hollywood and considered several of them close, personal friends... Marc Christian, the homosexual partner of the late Rock Hudson, wrote:

"The notion that a Ronald Reagan was a homophobe strikes me as silly beyond belief.

"Not only did he have several gay men on his staff when he was Governor of California, he called my lover, Rock Hudson, when he was on his deathbed just weeks before he died of AIDS and wished him well and voiced his and Nancy’s concern and prayers.

"The Reagans had known Rock for years and knew he was gay (as did most of Hollywood). …The point is, Reagan could have ignored Rock’s illness and didn’t.”

Ron Paul "believes the United States should shed its role as the world’s policeman and focus instead on its internal economic problems.

"Representative Ron Paul of Texas says he would cut a trillion dollars out of the federal budget his first year as president, in part by ending all foreign wars and foreign aid, including to Israel."

Ron Paul's foreign policy views draw support.

We have previously pointed out that Ron Paul was once a fan of Ronald Reagan.

'Michael'', in a comment on this blog, points out that Ron Paul has criticised Ronald Reagan:

Flashback 1987: Ron Paul Trashes Ronald Reagan Pensito Review

Letter written by Ron Paul:

"President Reagan... failed to exercise his constitutional responsibility to veto spending.

"Instead, he has encouraged it...

"America will suffer from a Reaganomics that is nothing but warmed-over Keynesianism...

"Reagan ... reneged ... on his pledge to abolish the Departments of Education and Energy, or to work against abortion...

"Knowing this administration’s record, I wasn’t surprised by its Libyan disinformation campaign, Israeli-Iranian arms-for-hostages swap, or illegal funding of the Contras."

Ron Paul's mentor Murray Rothbard on "the myth of criminal Reagan being conservative."

This is from a site re: the John Birchers. My mother belonged to the Birchers, then quit, because they wouldn't let anyone talk about the Fed. My mother formed a coffee klatch group with about a dozen ex Birchers who discussed the Fed about 3x a year (NYC area) - she and her housewife friend were surveiled by the FBI.

Later I looked up Meir Kahane in Wikipedia, and it states that at that time (60's) he had a job spying on the Birchers for the FBI - so I reckon my mom's group got his attention and he relayed that to HQ in DC.

I found this on a site about the Birchers at http://www.sweetliberty.org/issues/wolves/birchkirkschlaf.htm

"A few years ago I began attending a local JBS chapter. There was a table set up for people to leave flyers and pamphlets. I left a copy of Jack McLamb's Vampire Killer 2000. The next day I got a call accusing me of distributing copies of the Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion. What a bunch of nincompoops."

The site also discusses Phyllis Schlafly pushing the 'supremacy of treaties over the Constitution'.

Michael Bloomberg playing good cop with his little propaganda video.

Man, these schmucks could teach Hegel something about Hegelian dialect.

I suppose it's more effective than Bloomberg saying: "Middle-class America, please don't shoot us Manhattan billionaires".

There is absolutely no-one else to vote for - no Reublican and no Democrat. Period.

Why is Aangirfan dising the only possible candidate?

A recent Anonymous posted a comment on Eric Hufschmid.

On this topic...

Eric Hufschmid appears to perform a useful service: anyone he claims is a disinformation agent is probably an at least somewhat reliable source.

G Edward Griffin, for instance, is excellent source on the origins of the Federal Reserve systems, which the cryptoplutocracy so jealously guard. (His other work I have no idea about however.)

Thanks for that Aang. I wondered at Paul years ago (over at smokingmirrors I seem to recall). Says Paul, The Fed is evil and America should return to the gold standard. He also says the US should audit the Fort Knox to see if there's any gold there. But then what's the point of returning to the gold standard if Fort Knox is empty? The US would be basing their economy on something it doesn't have. Like that's going to work.

As far as I'm concerned Paul constitutes a fall-back line in the event of a worst-case scenario of the twelve families losing the Fed. Whilst the Fed is an ideal vehicle for sucking the lifeblood out of any country, replacing it with a system based on a commodity which the families control isn't so terrible really.

Not forgetting that the current Fed is the third (fourth?) incarnation of private control of the US money supply. Clearly these fuckers never give up and if they were to lose it yet again, they'd just view it as a minor setback, nothing they haven't seen before. They'd just have to sit tight and bring it back in when the hullaballo has quieted down. Nor would this be a difficult task when you control the basis of the economy in the meantime.

The obvious solution to, never mind the US, but every country's problems is what Hitler did in the thirties with the German economy: introduce a government-backed non-usurous, fiat money based on human labour. Me, I'm wary of people who decry fiat currencies. 'Fiat' isn't the problem. Usury is.

Otherwise a list of the greatest devils in this world, whom the media would have us view as one step below satan, would also be a precise list of those who've either thrown down their privately-owned, usurous, money-as-debt reserve banks, or otherwise never had them to begin with, ie. Muslims. As sure as eggs is eggs.

Here's the false dichotomy glaring in full view. The gold standard is the red herring. The gold standard didn't prevent tyranny, wars and slavery. The scandal of the Fed (and all the other central banks like the ECB) is not the lack of backing but that they are unaccountable private institutions and the interests on the created money. An accountable CB, even with fiat money would not be (automatically) evil, if the created debt didn't grow exponentially. If the money is backed by commodity or labour, is irrelevant, imho.

Haha, I think I shouldn't respond to a comment only after the 1st paragraph, as your second paragraph expresses a similar idea.

I'm not convinced that this is a fair assessment. Is it not possible that Ron Paul is simply an old-fashioned conservative opposed to big government, foreign wars, high taxes, and inflation?

On 9/11 he may indeed be insincere. But what else can he be? To declare his support for 9/11 Truth is tantamount to declaring war on the US Government. No practical politician is going to do that. Although, I admit, he could have been less direct on the subject.

That high taxes coincided with rapid economic growth in the early post-war period probably has more to do with post-war reconstruction in Europe and Japan (which boosted the US economy too) than a positive causal relationship between taxes and growth.

The correlation of low taxes and slow economic growth today is also probably coincidental. Outsourcing and off-shoring account for slow growth of western economies (and high corporate profits).

What would benefit ordinary people is a nationalistic government that protects jobs and makes technical education a worthwhile investment (which for most in the West today, it no longer is - Chinese/Indian/etc. brains being cheaper than American or European brains).

Such policies were standard in the 60's. Today, globalization trumps national interest. Anyone advocating the nationalistic policies of the 60's is denounced as a Hitlerite.

Thus when people today argue whether it is the Jesuits (Knights of Malta) or Zionists who are responsible for our troubles, they are really talking about the SAME beast (JEWS). "

Never mind Gallier. It's always nice to see your cherubic face, ha ha.

And Aang, explaining is all very well unless of course you're talking to a complete idiot. I've given up talking to that guy over at Kenny's who keeps banging on about you as hasbara. Actually could anyone truly be that wifully stupid? I'm still half inclined to view them as some variety of paedophile disinfo spook running with a misdirection play, if you know what I mean. Under this, it doesn't really matter what shit he flings as long as it gets everyone arguing and heading in different directions.

Hmm... now that I think about it, that's pretty much the point of splitting power into two camps: Jews and bankers v. paedophile satanists. There the rule is: if in doubt, point at the other crowd. At the very least you can then split the opposition into two camps who can battle each other whilst the Janus faced death cult sits untouched above the fray.

Or... he could just be as thick as pigshit. Who knows?

-Comments regarding the Rothschild family, gold standard and Ron Paul are off the mark in my view.
-Ron Paul was mentored early on economist and anarchist Murray Rothbard. The non aggression axiom was core to all of Rothbard’s arguments and correctly led him to oppose all forms of government and central planning including central banks.
-Ron Paul uses the gold standard as a rhetorical tool, it helps him gather support with the older population who remembers the low inflation prior to Nixon moving away from gold.
-In actuality Ron Paul supports what Rothbard called ‘free banking’. This is where legal tender laws are repealed and banks or individuals are totally freed from government regulation and bailouts are done away with leaving them free to issue their own currency.
-It follows that the banks that don’t devalue their currency will find the greatest number of users and those that permit inflation will find nobody demanding their currency.
-He has introduced bills to enable competition in currency (HR4248) and has also introduced others to cancel the debt owed to the Fed (HR2768).
-To suggest Ron Paul favours gold for the sake of the Rothschild family couldn't be further from the truth.

-Equating Ron Paul with Ronald Reagan is off the mark in my view.
Here you will find his mentor
-In the next link Murray Rothbard offers one of many scathing attacks on the neocon policies Reagan followed and the betrayal of the libertarian principles he campaigned on, you will note that Rothbard also attacks Reagan’s connection to the “Rockefeller Trilateralist, Zbigniew Brzezinski”:
-In the links below you will find Rothbard denounce the amongst others Rothschilds, Rockefellers, Bilderbergers, Federal Reserve and what he calls the ’“Power Elite’, or more specifically he denounces the way they use connections in the government to wage wars, secure monopolies and bailouts, kill, maim and steal to protect their fortunes:
http://www.lewrockwell.com/rothbard/ir/Ch8.html http://www.lewrockwell.com/rothbard/rothbard66.html

-Ron Paul, one of the greatest students of Rothbard has a 30 year record fighting government, fighting the fed and enabling individual choice. I am dissapointed with his denial of 9/11 truth but I think this is merely a pragmatic denial.
-He is not controlled by the power elite, without a doubt he is the greatest enemy to the power elite in the last century.

Ron Paul didn't write the Constitution or Bill of Rights.

Sound money backed by gold was written by the founding fathers before Rothschilds had a stangle hold.

Do you shit on the founding father as well? No! Why not? They said gold is money, did they not?

Hello, How many of you have read former trafficants ouse floor speech concerning the bankruptcy of the U.S. in "33" and HJR 192. you willsee our country ina different light. One of a bankrupt foreign own corporation :See:"Organic Act of 1871" which formed a corporation and a new constitution for the district of columbia.as of '33 the republic-constitution havebeen in suspension. America and americans , were -are held as collateral to the IMF (Fed )This is why we are plaged by income tax-irs which is a sub-corporation of the IMF.This is merely scratching the surface of a very deeply disturbing series of tresonous acts .My point is Ron Paul is aware of this. He is aware that all speach upon the topic of the constitution is lip service.ron paul is fully aware that we all are now bound by the "Rules, codes,Statutes and Regulations " of the corporation doing buisness as "United States ".The law of the land is now the US Code and the UCC. Inthe US code, I'm sorry for forgetting the tittle, it states the U.S. is a corporation. It also states US Citizen is an employe of the U.S. Corporation. This is the binding contract the Obama infers in his claim of rigt to evoke the commerce clause to force us into a contract under duress. the same is true with the loss of 4th admendment protection at the airport by the TSA thuggs. ron Paul knows all this. I like the idea of Ron Paul yet the fact of him is very different. Was it Lenin that said -We wl=il create and controll all oposition to us?
