With CIA control of North Africa, cocaine can more easily reach Europe?

Gaddafi's opponents are drugs dealers.

They are involved in the trade in cocaine.

(Coalition of Crusaders join with al Qaeda to oust Qaddafi and roll back Libyan Revolution - thanks to Brian for the link)

Their partners may be the CIA?

In 2007, al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri announced a merger between the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG) and al Qaeda in the Islamic Mahgreb (AQIM)

In November 2010, Moroccan police detained 34 people with ties to al Qaeda in the Islamic Mahgreb (AQIM), attempting to move 1,300 pounds of cocaine through Morocco.

Morocco Al Qaeda Islamic Maghreb)

The Moroccan Interior Minister said "We are dealing with an apparent coordination and collaboration between drug traffickers and terrorists linked to al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb."

He said that the leader of AQIM's drug ring was detained in Mali.

He said that the international drug ring involved Moroccan drug traffickers, who were collaborating with al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb, as well as cartels in Latin America.

"According to UN reports, nearly 60 percent of the cocaine sold in Europe transits through weak West African states such as Mali, Niger, Mauritania, and Guinea Bissau...

"As many of these same countries are now becoming a haven for a shadowy group calling itself Al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM), there are growing concerns that Islamist radicals and Latin American drug cartels may be working together, both to enrich themselves and to weaken the law enforcement capability of those West African states." (Latin America's drug cartels giving Al Qaeda a lift?.)

AQIM=CIA, it's totally obvious.

Diana Johnstones latest on Libya
FYI did you know...i bet you didnt!

'The Western public was expected not to realize that those Arab leaders have their own reasons for hating Qaddafi, which have nothing to do with the reasons for hating him voiced in the West. Qaddafi has openly told them off to their faces, pointing to their betrayal of Palestine, their treachery, their hypocrisy. Last year, incidentally, former British MP George Galloway recounted how, in contrast to the Egyptian government’s obstruction of aid to Gaza, his aid caravan had had its humanitarian cargo doubled during a stopover in Libya. Qaddafi long ago turned his back on the Arab world, considering its leaders hopeless, and turned to Africa

thats right...the so called 'dictator' 'tyrant' and ruthless 'despot'(im quoting the MSM and cruise missile left) doubled GGs aid to Gaza! not what youd expect any self-respecting despot to do.

In the article DJ takes on a very sinnister figure indeed, and brings in a zionist connection...Huffington Posts favorite zionist Bernard-henri Levy...

Webster Tarpley studies the make up of the 'rebel' its not like in Star Wars..this alliance work WITH the Empire!

So far the 'rebel' alliance, allied with the Empire...conists of the dfollowking assortment of characters:
drugrunners, human traffickers,

jihadists, racists, free marketeers...
just the sort of cast youd expect the Empire to ally with. The medias role then is to dress them up as democracy loving peaceful protestors. So that the cruise missile left can be made to feel that its backing the right horse, and not look like a stupid patsy....I mean Louis Proyect, Jeff Blankfort (commenting in ICH shows hes swallowed the Blue pill), Gilles d'Aymary of, and Pulse and even Codepink...

US aidingand working with drug traffickers, human traffickers, and jihadist terrorists..

'French plans to topple Gaddafi on track since last November

According to right-wing Italian journalist Franco Bechis, plans to spark the Benghazi rebellion were initiated by French intelligence services in November 2010. As Miguel Martinez from the progressive ComeDonChisciotte website observes, these revelations which have the blessing of the Italian secret services should be interpreted as the sign of internal rivalries within the European capitalist camp.
Voltaire Network wishes to point out that Paris promptly paired up with London in its scheme to overthrow Colonel Khadafi (Franco-British expeditionary force). This plan was recalibrated in the context of the Arab revolutions and taken over by Washington, which imposed its own objectives (counter-revolution in the Arab world and landing AfriCom on the Black continent). Therefore, the current coalition arises from a diversity of ambitions, which account for its internal contradictions.

What to make of the LIFG?

A SIAC Appeal Hearing of April 2007, for Libyan nationals 'DD' and 'AS', states the official line (from #14 onwards), including the fact (#21) that one Noman Benotman was 'a senior LIFG figure in the UK from 1995', & who now is a 'Senior Analyst (Strategic Communications)' at the (dodgy, home office funded) Quilliam Foundation.

I've wondered what the reason is for Gadhafi's pronouncements that the original insurrection/attacks were due to 'Al Qaeda'?

Perhaps he is using the 'west/coalition' code language, to tell them he knows what they're up to?
