Does the elite care about the USA?

Among the elite there are landowners and there are 'capitalists'.

Capitalists, unlike landowners, find it easy to move their money.

According to Richard K Moore, at Global Research, on February 2010 (Prognosis 2012: Towards a New World Social Order):

"Capital is disloyal and mobile.

"It flows to where the most growth can be found, as it flowed from Holland to Britain, then from Britain to the USA, and most recently from everywhere to China.

"Just as a copper mine might be exploited and then abandoned, so under capitalism a whole nation can be exploited and then abandoned, as we see in the rusting industrial areas of America and Britain."

Wars can be about land

Prussia might invade neighbouring Saxony because Prussia's Frederick II was a militaristic nationalist and wanted more land. (The typical right-wing militarist - Frederick the Gay .)

Financial profit would not be the only motive.

What about wars purely for profit?

East Berlin - state control

According to Richard K Moore:

A capitalist "stirs up a war in order to make profits."

And, certain capitalists "have financed both sides of most military conflicts since at least World War I."

Wars are "the most profitable of all capitalist ventures."

The capitalist elite "pull the strings controlling the media, the political parties, the intelligence agencies, the stock markets, and the offices of government.

"And perhaps their greatest lever of power is their control over currencies. By means of their central-bank scam, they engineer boom and bust cycles, and they print money from nothing and then loan it at interest to governments."

Some would say that there are limits to growth; and that perpetual growth can no longer be maintained.

According to Richard K Moore, this explains globalization.

Certain capitalists invent new ways to make money.

American factories are moved to India and other low-wage areas.

Derivative markets are set up.

For an era of non-growth, a different game is being prepared.

"Rather than the banks going into receivership, governments are now in receivership."

Richard K Moore writes: "As we might expect, the highest priority for budgets is servicing the debt to the banks.

"Just as most of the third world is in debt slavery to the IMF, so the whole West is now in debt slavery to its own central banks. Greece is the harbinger of what is to happen everywhere."

Moore sees the advance of Soviet-style bureaucracies.

And he sees "the post-capitalist era" being like the Feudal System, with "aristocrats and lords on top, and the rest peasants and serfs."

"Those outside the bureaucratic hierarchies are the serfs, with subsistence entitlements."

"The police state infrastructure is in place and has been tested."

Remember Katrina?

Notice what's been going on in Haiti?

Dr. Tom Termotto of Florida State University (my alma mater) brings us some more disturbing news from the Gulf. It is dying and the repercussions affect all life on the planet and the seven seas.

He mentions the gulf can result in a great earthquake as Edgar Cayce predicted as well as the Mayans.

The gulf stream in northern Europe is reported to be 10% cooler than normal with unseasonable snows as the gulf stream emanating from the Gulf of Mexico continues to halt.

Re: currency, from Latin 'currere' - to run. Yet it's not allowed to move but instead is holed up in a few bank accounts.

we certainly have moved towards totalitarianism - the ADL being the arbiter of speech condemning anything counter-revolutionary.

1989 = 1917

1989 George H W Bush becomes US president. Russia leaves Afghanistan. The Iron Curtain starts to come down. Solidarity is victorious in the Polish elections. 200th anniversary of the French Revolution. Cold War appears to end.

Did the wall come down [ actually on 9/11 Nov 9] or did the gates open, and 'communism' mixed with 'capitalism' to produce totalitarianism with colours and shopping?

There is evidence that when the Berlin Wall came down on 9 11, the communists were working in league with the CIA.

Some days before the wall opened, the plan was discussed during a lunch meeting at East Berlin’s Palast hotel between Walter Momper, the mayor of West Berlin, and the official who would open the wall less than two weeks later, G√ľnter Schabowski.

An article apparently written by former Securitate officers ('Was This Your Revolution? This is How It Was!' Democratia, No. 36, 24-30 Sept. 1990) describes how the CIA and KGB organised the fall of Ceausescu.
