Chavez is another nut and unfortunately many will give him credibility. On the surface he plays the rebel, behind the curtain he kisses his "enemies" asses.

Highly unlikely. After they try to throw you out of office and try to kill you a couple of times, your "enemies" become YOUR ENEMIES. There's no doubt about it.

I have heard this before with scalar weapons and its also said they were also behind the tsunami..it is also noted that where they have tested these weapons, vast numbers of dolphins are washed ashore dead.
