The Subconscious - Don't Worry, Be Happy

"New studies have found that people tidy up more thoroughly when there’s a faint tang of cleaning liquid in the air;

"they become more competitive if there’s a briefcase in sight,

"or more cooperative if they glimpse words like 'dependable' and 'support' — all without being aware of the change, or what prompted it.

"The new studies reveal a subconscious brain that is far more active, purposeful and independent than previously known. "- The Subconscious Brain - Who's Minding the Mind? - New York Times

According to New Scientist, 1 December 2007,

1. "Some scientists go so far as to believe that it is responsible for the vast majority of our day-to-day activity."

2. The idea that consciousness is orchestrated by the subconscious finds support in recent research.

3. Reportedly, subconscious thinking is the source of our inspiration - it is central to creativity.

SO, the media's repeated showing of images of the Twin Towers falling down on 9 11 may be meant to encourage us to support the conquests of Moslem lands.

The media's repeated showing of violent images to children may be meant to make them more war-like, in preparation for future wars of conquest.

If you want to be HAPPY and HEALTHY, listen to happy music and look at happy pictures.

Switch off the violent and nasty images and music.

Have a happy healthy day.
