UK Health Service

A friend, who lives in a small town in the UK, has just visited his palatial new health centre. The health centre unfortunately has been built on the edge of the town and is not easy to reach. My friend asked for an appointment to see his doctor and was told he would have to wait three weeks. A three week wait to see a doctor!
