Caravanners say the teenagers are rampaging through the caravan park from midnight until as late as 4 am.

A caravan owner said: “Sometimes there are between 15 to 30 youths drinking and taking drugs and going on the rampage. If we try to reprimand them they threaten us. One even threatened to cut my throat when I went out to stop them kicking a ball against the caravan."

On the occasions the caravan owner has contacted the police to complain, nothing happened.

Justice Minister

"Scotland's justice minister Cathy Jamieson strongly denied helping a relative evade the law.

"While the Labour MSP transferred £100 to the bank account of nephew Derek Hyslop - who was on the run from police at the time - in July 1999, she has stated that she had no idea he was wanted by police.

"Hyslop, a drug addict who had just killed a woman in a robbery in Derby, was later jailed for manslaughter. Jamieson said the money was meant for her nephew’s baby."

UK420 > Record Investigation: Paul Ferris, Michael Howard

Michael Howard is a former Home Secretary and former leader of the Conservative Party.

"MICHAEL Howard... faces... questions over why he freed John Haase - a vicious gangster who poured drugs and guns on to the streets of Scotland as well as his native Liverpool.

"Haase and his nephew Paul Bennett served just 10 months of an 18 year sentence.

"It was a major shock that Howard - then the self-proclaimed hardest Home Secretary in living memory - had freed two of the most dangerous criminals in Britain...

"Sources close to the 55-year-old allege that up to £4.5million was handed out to various people to pave the way for their release.

"Haase was also a close friend of Simon Bakerman, a small-time Liverpool drugs dealer, who happens to be Michael Howard's cousin..."

John Reid, UK Home Secretary

Sunday Mail (Glasgow, Scotland): Fugitive and the minister ...

"John Reid shared centre stage at his son's wedding - with a villain wanted by police.

"Tony Blair's most trusted minister and fugitive Ronnie Campbell - the father of the bride - stood side by side on the steps of Westminster Cathedral.

"The Sunday Mail can reveal a warrant was issued for the arrest of Campbell, 47, on Monday after a violent incident involving a woman. Campbell, who sported a gold cravat and kilt, was the target of a recent gangland hit."
