Cabinet ministers and spies and sex,,2-2002021585,00.html

The Times referred to MI5 Files :

"Several of the present Cabinet, including Jack Straw, the Foreign Secretary, can now ask to see the files kept on them in their younger, radical days. Peter Hain ... was kept under close surveillance during his time as an anti-apartheid protester in the early 1970s. The Deputy Prime Minister, John Prescott, is thought to have been monitored for his union activities during the national seamen’s strike in 1966."

Is this disinformation? Is it possible that some top Labour people have always had friendly links to the security services.

"Peter Mandelson... has been around MI6 since his early 20s... Four of the Blair cabinet are alumni of the Anglo-American elite group the British American Project; three of the Blair cabinet have passed muster at Bildeberg meetings."

The Security services keep a note of government minister's indiscretions. An alleged example of that would be the sexual encounter between Mr A and Mr B (interrupted accidentally by a member of C's staff) in X's office at the House of Commons while in opposition. The services are also allegedly aware of the sexual relationship between former Tory leader Mr D and Mr E.

This could be disinformation.
