According to the Sunday Express, in the 1980s, the BBC executive reportedly - 1. Had a known British child abuser staying at his home. 2. Made child porn films at his home. 3. Had boys from British care homes brought to his home to be abused and filmed. 4. Played a key role in distributing the films.
The BBC executive is now retired.
The Sunday Express knows both the identity of the alleged abuser and his former address in Amsterdam.
A former child victim, shown a picture of the BBC executive, has "confirmed that this was one of the men who abused him at the flat in Amsterdam when he was a boy."
The BBC executive "is said to have travelled back and forth between London and Amsterdam, playing a key role in the distribution of the videos throughout Britain and Europe."
Meanwhile, Dutch prosecutors have recently confirmed that they are to investigate the former Dutch justice ministry secretary-general Joris Demmink for allegedly raping two boys in the 1990s.
Demmink reportedly raped the boys, aged between 12 and 15, while visiting Istanbul.
In 1998, Demmink was mentioned in connection with the Rolodex Affair, an investigation of an Amsterdam child abuse network. The investigation was shut down leading to accusations of a Dutroux-style cover-up.
Children were taken from UK care homes to Amsterdam to be abused and sometimes tortured and murdered.
Kate McCann was screaming: "The f*****g bastards have taken her’.
This suggests that Kate may have known that certain 'f*****g bastards' had previously taken an interest in her daughter Madeleine.

On 3 May 2007, three-year-old Madeleine McCann disappeared from the Ocean Club at Praia da Luz on Portugal’s Algarve.
On 3 May, a couple staying nearby the McCanns were woken up by their door bell ringing at 11.30pm.
It was 'a friend of the McCanns' saying that a little girl had been abducted.
The friend asked if they had a computer so they could get the media involved in the search.
"Two police were on the corner of our block.
"We did see single men on mobiles while we were out who could have been police."

The couple took part in the search for Madeleine and then returned to their apartment.
The woman’s statement continues: "We walked back up towards our apartment... The McCanns were in bits, he was crying on the shoulder of a friend.
"She was screaming: ‘The f*****g bastards have taken her’."
The McCanns were on holiday with a group of friends from the UK:
Dr Russell O'Brien and his partner Jane Tanner,
Dr Matthew Oldfield and his wife Rachel
Dr David and Dr Fiona Payne, and the latter's mother Dianne Webster.
The McCanns had been on holiday before with the Paynes.
The group were in Portugal with their eight children.
The nine adults met up at 20:30 every evening during their holiday in the resort's tapas restaurant, including on the evening of the disappearance, as a result of which 'the friends' came to be known in the press as the Tapas Seven.
The restaurant was around 130 yards (120 metres) away from the apartment, a 30–45 seconds' walk according to Kate.
The McCanns and their friends took turns checking on their children.

At around 21:05Gerry entered the apartment to carry out the first check.
All was well, except that he said the children's bedroom door was further ajar that he recalled having left it; he said he pulled the door almost closed before returning to the restaurant.[22] Gerry said later that he believed the abductor may already have been in the apartment at that point, hiding behind the door.[23]

Jane Tanner, left the restaurant to check on her own daughter, and at around 21:15 noticed a man walking quickly along Rua Dr Agostinho da Silva, the road the McCann's apartment was on, heading out of the resort.[24] She said he was carrying a child.
At around 22:00, an Irish family saw a man carrying a young girl. They described her as four years old, wearing light-coloured pyjamas, with blonde hair and pale skin. This sighting was on Rua da Escola Primária, still near the McCann's apartment. They said that the man did not look like a tourist, and added that he had not looked comfortable carrying the child.[28]

At 21:30Matthew Oldfield checked on the McCann's children, but after hearing no noise from their bedroom he left without seeing Madeleine.[29]
When Kate went to check at around 22:00, she found the children's bedroom door wide open and Madeleine missing.
At around 22:10 Gerry sent Matthew Oldfield to ask the resort's 24-hour reception desk to call the police, and at 22:30 the resort activated its "missing child search protocol."[32]
The police stated that officers arrived within 10 minutes of being alerted, and an investigation unit began work within 30 minutes.[33]

Shortly afterwards, Gerry's telephoned his sister in the UK, who alerted the British Consulate in the Algave, the British Embassy in Lisbon and the Foreign Office in London.
By midnight, according to Kate, the GNR had contacted the Polícia Judiciária(PJ), the criminal police, who she said arrived at around 1 am from Portimão, 20 miles away.[35]
Several of the McCanns' friends contacted the media in the UK, hoping to enlist their help. According to Kate, a police officer placed tape across the doorway of the children's bedroom, but she said the police left for the night at around 3 am without securing the rest of the apartment.[35]

On 14 May police began to search a nearby villa, Casa Liliana, belonging to the mother of Robert Murat, a British-Portuguese property consultant.
The villa stands 150 yards from where Madeline vanished.[43]
Murat had apparently come to the attention of Lori Campbell, a Sunday Mirror journalist, who told the police he had been acting suspiciously.
Murat had offered to translate witness statements for the police, and said his interest in the case stemmed from his loss of custody of his own three-year-old daughter.[44]
In addition, Rachael Oldfield, Russell O'Brien and Fiona Payne – members of the Tapas Seven – said they had seen Murat in the Praia da Luz complex on the evening Madeleine disappeared, although he said he had been at home.[45] His mother corroborated his alibi.[46]

Police also questioned Sergey Malinka, a 22-year-old man of Russian origin, who had set up a website for Murat.[49]
In June 2007 Spanish investigative journalist Antonio Toscano said Madeleine had been abducted by a French sex offender as part of a Europe-wide paedophile network.[86]

Luis Antonio, the estranged husband of Murat's girlfriend Michaela Walczuch, was questioned by police for a second time in early February 2008.[97]
Stephen Birch, a South African property developer, said in July 2012 that ground radar scans he had made showed digging and what could be human bones below a gravel driveway in Praia da Luz. The PJ declined to excavate the driveway, a decision that was supported by the McCanns.[115]
Anna Stam, 41, was standing at the back of a shop, in Amsterdam.
A little girl asked her in English:"Do you know where my mummy is?"
Stam replied that her mother was a little further back in the store.
The child said: "She is not my mummy. She is a stranger; she took me from my mummy."
Stam said that when she asked the girl where she last saw her mother, she said: "They took me from my holiday." (Dutch 'sighting'.)

On 3 May, 2007, Madeleine was kidnapped On 4 May, reportedly, Jean-Michel Nihoul was released from jail.

Philip Martin Edmonds is the nephew of Margaret Hodge.
Margaret Hodge is the UK politician who has been accused of covering-up the child abuse scandal in the London borough of Islington.

Sir Clement Freud, grandson of psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud, had a holiday home in Praia da Luz, in Portugal.
In July 2007, Clement Freud helped the parents of missing child Madeleine McCann by cooking them dinners in Praia da Luz and offering them drinks.
Initially when he wrote to them offering assistance they thought it was a hoax.
Sir Clement Freud's son Matthew Freud is married to Elisabeth Murdoch, daughter of Rupert Murdoch.
Matthew Freud is head of Freud Communications, an international public relations firm in the United Kingdom.
Matthew Freud is a member of the 'Chipping Norton set' along with David Cameron, Christopher Shale (fairly recently found dead) and Rebekah Brooks.

The Independent reports that a young boy from London's Grafton Close children's home was taken to a boy brothel in Amsterdam where he was sexually abused.
This boy was not the only one taken by an elite pedophile ring to boy brothels in Amsterdam.
The boy from the Grafton Close care home was also taken to London's Elm Guest House, a boy brothel for the elite.
Warwick Spinks, convicted in 1995 of very violent child sex offences, committed in Hastings in the UK.

Award-winning journalist Nick Davies wrote about the grim mysteries of snuff movies.

The whereabouts of at least one of these children remains unknown.

5. Hemming has asked English councils (local governments) to check their records but 'Most seem only to have done cursory checks, just checking recent electronic files, or asking around the office.'
Some councils, including Islington, have refused to check their records.

In 1985, 14-year-old Jason Swiftwas killed by a child-abuse gang.
Sidney Cooke, Leslie Bailey, Robert Oliver, and Lennie Smith, were imprisoned in 1989 for the manslaughter of Jason Swift.

Cooke and his gang had sexually tortured and prostituted a number of boys.
The gang is believed to have killed at least nine children.[2]
Cooke was sentenced to 19 years in prison.
In 1998, Cooke was let out of prison eight years early.
The paedophile and serial killer Marc Dutroux could be freed from jail just nine years after being jailed for life for a series of child murders which shocked his native Belgium. Dutroux supplied children to the elite.

In 1982 Margaret Hodge (nee Oppenheimer) became Islington council leader.
She became a close friend of Tony Blair, who lived in Islington, a few doors away from Hodge.
In February 1990 Liz Davies and David Cofie, senior social workers, discovered evidence of sex abuse of children and reported it to a residents' meeting attended by Mrs Hodge.
In May 1990 Mr Cofie and Ms Davies were told by Lyn Cusack, assistant director of social services, to stop interviewing children about the abuse claims.
On 1 May 1997 Tony Blair moved from Islington to Downing Street.
In June 2003 Mrs Hodge was made minister for Children.
In 2008, the UK's Police National Missing Persons Bureau hasd1,418 "open cases" of missing children.
In 2008, according to Police figures, more than 100 children who should have be in care had been missing for at least four years.
Many children who go missing are not reported to the police.
Member of parliament Helen Southworth says: "All figures on children missing from anywhere are estimates because, astonishingly, there is no requirement for data to be recorded or collected nationally."
Almost 1,000 children went missing from UK residential and foster care in 2007.
The number that went missing from care increased from 570 in 1997 to 950 in 2007.
