On 19 December 2013, it was reported that Golan will not be indicted in this underage sex case.
Police are investigating suspicions that the first four underage girls who complained to police in the Eyal Golan affair gave false testimony.
Channel 2 reported that one girl falsely claimed that Golan impregnated her and she was forced to get an abortion.
The pending indictments against Golan's father, Dani Biton, and three other associates of the singer are not based on the testimony of the four girls in question, but on the testimony of three additional minors whose testimony was found to be truthful, according to the report.
