The BBC's Head of Light Entertainment Sir Billy Cotton was the great uncle of Fearne Cotton, the TV presenter.

A man has told how, when he was aged 11, the German film actor Victor Beaumont lured him to his London flat.
Victor Beaumont (real name Peter Wolff)
Berlin-born Beaumont took the boy to his flat in Maida Vale, in north west London.
Beaumont reportedly locked the boy in a bedroom and summoned the BBC's Alan Freeman and the BBC's Jimmy Savile to join him.
