Dr Eben Alexander, who is related to "Eben Alexander (1851 - 1910), American scholar, educator, dean and ambassador, was initiated into Yale's Skull and Bones in 1873." Dr. Alexander

Dr. Eben Alexander wrote a best seller called Proof of Heaven: A Neurosurgeon's Journey into the Afterlife.

He wrote about experiences 'in the afterlife' after slipping into a coma.

Dr. Laura Potter, who treated Alexander, has contradicted several claims Alexander makes in the book about his illness.

The Prophet

Dr. Laura Potter said she had no recollection of him crying out, plus she had intubated him - making it impossible for him to speak.

Alexander had a tube down his throat when he allegedly cried out 'God help me!'

The Prophet

Alexander wrote that he slipped into the coma as a result of E. coli bacterial meningitis and had no higher brain activity.

Dr. Potter says the coma was medically induced and the patient was conscious, though hallucinating.

Monarch butterfly?

Reportedly, Alexander once falsified medical records to cover up the fact that he hadd operated at the wrong site on a patient's spine when working as a neurosurgeon.

The Prophet

Is Alexander's book part of some spooky attempt to control our minds?

"Is Alexander's book part of some spooky attempt to control our minds?"

U bet

Thanks again for your honesty, Aangirfan.
You don't make up fake stories to promote your point.
That sets you apart from other high profile, ostensibly anti-NWO sites.

NDE just proves our memory is not all in the brain.

I liked this comment by Tony Blizzard (June 29, 2013):

"High Masons, like Talmudic Jews, don't actually believe in an afterlife, their work for Satan notwithstanding. Their true philosophy is identical: Enjoy life in this world to the fullest (at anyone else's expense) because that's all there is."

They are mistaken of course, these ruling SS death cult sociopaths had their feelings killed by torture in childhood, so they can not really enjoy life, making them desperate sadistic killers.

"Masonic children's hospitals, like Jewish children's hospitals, are a ploy for the goy labelled "What a good boy am I" plus a salve for a guilty conscience even if subconscious.

The irony is that most of those who actually do the "grunt" work in these hospitals, low masons, biblical believing Jews, or whomever, are sincere in their desire to try to salvage the lives of those children they can, thus being unwitting pawns, unknowingly furthering the nefarious agendas of the satanists in charge.

Does the totally controlling mind set of the protocols show through here for you too?"

The only way to sense a sense of life is by feeling it :-)
The fulfilling aspect of doing good is a good feeling.

Academic philosophy tends to get stuck in the brain.
It's an intentional trap.
New Age is a belief system of lies for the gullible.
MSM and most people's brains are full of it.
Forget that :-)

After clean air, water, shelter and good natural food,
real good feelings are the best medicine.

And with us being social beings from conception,
there is no way to attain them without loving relationships.

there have been many studies done such as that by Prof Robert Crookal which prove life after death, but the powers that be ( PTB ) dont like it so they squash it, some while back it was revealed that some mickey mouse psychologists such as the cracked suasan blackmore and chris french along with the US conjuror james "nutjob" randi admitted they were paid to rubbish everything such ar life after death.
recently it has been proved that
mon landings did not happen
the big bang theory is wront
darwin was wrong
there were no death camps in W W II where 6 million jews died

Not much of a set back for the usual suspects. They set up a clown involving an LDE experience, it proves to be false, walla all LDEd experiences can then be seen as false by the gullible and we have many.

I can never figure exactly what those who refer to the New Age are referring to. Do they mean specifically masonic machinations or something else? Then sure.

Do they mean Yoga, Vedas, Mahabharata, the real message of Jesus, the Essene gospel, the dead sea scrolls, native indian knowledge, the Mayans, new discoveries concerning the babylonian tablets? For instance all native american tribes insist they did not evolve from monkeys but are descendants of those who came from the stars in advanced crafts. Is this new age?

Are the shamans who still survive in Siberia and gave us Rasputin, new age. Please define new age! It is a term that means different things for many different people and is thrown around quite profusely to fool the "gullible".

Thanks for this. I will come back and explore in depth. I was aware just yesterday of criticism of this book which I bought and gave to several people. I would be wary of jumping to conclusions. For my own purposes, it is a question of great interest given my own extended coma and twin NDE's five years ago, as well as preceding epiphany, multiple incidents of synchronicity, a theophany, and a good deal of reading. But I am only just scratching the surface, as is Eben with his degree and his experience. Is this some form of mind control? I seriously doubt it. But then I come from the POV that says it is more difficult for one's mind to be controlled if one has taken ownership of it first.

New Age is a belief system (religion) based on occult books promoted by secret societies like Rosicrucians Theosophy (Bailey, 1922 Lucifer Publishing Company, Lucis Trust) and Freemasons aiming for a New World Order born like Phoenix from the ashes of the existing world.
Central beliefs are:
- You can only change the world by changing yourself
- We are all one, only love is real
- The world is evolving through destruction to rebirth

Or in other words:
- Don't touch politics, forget family and relationships, always blame yourself only, if possible stop breathing or feel guilty
- Love those ruling and torturing you
- Let us kill everything for a better world

It is eclectic, embracing "sacred" and occult books from all ages, as long as they help programming you in believing in hidden higher powers and steps you can take to become like god by killing your ego, retreating from the world of feelings (effectively becoming cold and indifferent while playing all understanding and fake loving) and by dying. Psychology, schools and the mass media are its main delivery vehicles, psychiatry its police, drugs its enabler - 7 out of 10 Americans are on prescription drugs).

It serves the ruling SS death cult and is really mass suicidal.
"I am become death, the destroyer of worlds" J. Robert Oppenheimer, Trinity nuke test 1945

For the core believers there is a huge industry of fraud selling esoteric "knowledge", promising a better life after rebirth (karma), promoting self programming meditation (prayer equivalent) and spiritual energy healing.

Jewish occultists placed teasers to it in the Bible:
Genesis 3:4:
"You will not surely die, the serpent (Satan) said to the woman. For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil."
Genesis 3:22
"And the LORD God said: The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live for ever."

"the physicists have known sin; and this is a knowledge which they cannot lose."
"Access to the Vedas is the greatest privilege this century may claim over all previous centuries."
"The atomic bomb made the prospect of future war unendurable. It has led us up those last few steps to the mountain pass; and beyond there is a different country."
J. Robert Oppenheimer

The propaganda effort mass popularising it as a spiritual movement was launched 1971 in the USA with the CIA's Hippies movement, the term has been used at various times since at least the 1840s, its history include:

The New Atlantis by Francis Bacon 1626 (writer of the KJV bible)

1973-- Humanist Manifesto II is published:
"we stand at the dawn of a new age...a secular society on a planetary scale....As non-theists we begin with humans not God, nature not deity...we deplore the division of humankind on nationalistic grounds....Thus we look to the development of a system of world law and a world order based upon transnational federal government....The true revolution is occurring."
October 1, 1990-- In a UNO address, President Bush speaks of the:
"...collective strength of the world community expressed by the historic movement towards a New World Order...a new partnership of nations...a time when humankind came into its bring about a revolution of the spirit and the mind and begin a journey into a...New Age."
"We are beginning to see practical support. And this is a very significant sign of the movement towards a new era, a New Age"
October 30, 1991:-- President Gorbachev

I first heard Eben describe his experience in a Skeptico interview, well before his book deal. Dude sounded sincere.

I think this Esquire screed is just another Hearst hatchet job. Perhaps Zionism views recognition of a higher power as a threat. Scratch that, they most definitely do.

Ten years ago, a woman wrote a book describing her ND experience in which she claimed to have met Jesus. Afterwards, she took to wearing long robes in the manner of Jesus. I think that perhaps some people feel as if they are somehow "chosen" or "divine" afterwards - not realizing that such events have been occurring since the beginning of time. I think that is the case with this guy. I also think that there is a monetary angle. Not only does he sell books, but go to his website and he also sells Video Meditation Sessions, Audio CDs, a bracelet with his wise words on it. And you can sign up to go on a spiritual trip to Greece with him. What's the good of seeing Heaven if you can't make a fast buck off of it?

I was already persuaded of the validity of NDEs and of the existence of an afterlife before I read Eban's book but after reading it I was left with the impression of something being a bit "off". The narrative was not at all satisfying to me and I had the distinct feeling he was trying to prove something. But what? I don't know for sure. But I think control certainly comes into it somewhere.

It's the religions' age old carrot: do what we say and you will get a better life after death. The stick is if you don't obey, you will get punished by big bad super-daddy. Religious mind control terror myths are the rulers best weapon against us. They control the terrifying puppet in the minds of the believers. NWO New Age is no different then any other religion when it promotes Buddhism and promises reincarnation. NWO Satanism is different as they promise a better life following obedience and murder. NWO communism or Zeitgeist promises a better life after total submission. NWO capitalism promises a better life after getting rich. NWO Rockefeller medicine and science fraud promises a better life after self-poisoning. NWO Zionism promises a better life after genocide, collusion, conspiracy and war. NWO Neocon militarism promises a better life after torture and self-sacrifice. NWO Transhumanism promises a better life after GMO. It is all empty promises of course, effective to get armies of billions of slaves.

What drives people to them is that death, illness and suffering are horrible, repugnant and depressing facts of life. We are very vulnerable. We are born without this unwelcome knowledge. As soon as we realise, we start looking for escapes. We hope and wish, relying on mum and dad to provide guidance and protection. So offering a similar escape for life is attractive.

Dreams and illusions are important coping mechanisms. But when they are cemented as self-deception, they become suicidal. Religions, mass media and the state do exactly that, especially in childhood, when it's easiest. Resulting in puppets that will work for them and even kill themselves on command. Ask an advanced cancer patient if he is interested in efficient alternative healing. They will decline because they _believe_ in "modern" medicine. Ask a soldier risking death if he would like to know about the deception creating the fake war he is going to fight. He will ridicule you because he _believes_ what the mass media tell him.

Most of this is only possible because in early childhood we are programmed to believe in fundamental, cemented lies, sadistic murderous and terrorising thus blinding belief systems like the Bible, Talmud, Koran.
Even non-believers are entrained because, insecure, they keep looking for a god.
Weaker, less complete belief systems like modern science, New Age, Satanism, the Holocaust and 911 build on that early childhood basis of not questioning a big lie.
If you take that away you need constant massive propaganda, corruption and direct threats to rule, an authoritarian police state.

NDE just proves our memory is not all in the brain.
We don't know if a soul or spirit survives the death of our body.
It looks like the soul is a combination of our feelings, memories and dreams, defining our vital core while we are alive. Telepathy is a communication among living beings. Ghosts are likely profitable hoaxes like the moon landing and ET UFOs. See Wernher von Braun's warning about the Alien Deception.

We don't know what created the universe.
We are currently simply unable to know if there is a god or who created such a goddess, how everything started and what is outside the universe etc.
We are small and not that intelligent :-)

Promising a life after death enables them to make us do things we wouldn't do if this is our only life.

The only way to sense a sense of life is by feeling it :-)
The fulfilling aspect of doing good is a good feeling.

Sorry for the long post.
I hope you enjoy your day :-)
