At a house in London, boys in care were were reportedly groomed for sex at parties attended by top people.

Reportedly Elm Guest House became a place for "the grooming of young boys in care for sex, elaborate gay parties involving senior public figures including members of the Conservative Party, charges of a police cover-up and even the suggestion of murder."
The Metropolitan (London) Police's Operation Fairbank is curently looking into a "powerful paedophile ring" and its links to a previous prime minister's "senior adviser".
In 1982, the police's notorious Special Patrol Group, now called the Territorial Support Group, raided the Elm Guest House.
Two police officers were already in the house, prior to the raid.
12 boys gave reported they had been abused by men at the house.
But the only conviction was of Kasir, for running a disorderly house.
The spooky Special Branch police were involved.
Child-protection campaigners have alleged that boys had been taken from a local council-run home and abused.

Chris Fay, a social worker, says that Carole Kasir showed him about 20 photographs men with young boys; one photo showed "a well-known public figure wearing nothing but a French maid's apron alongside a young boy nude apart from a tiara".
In 1990, at the age of 47, Kasir was found dead in her flat, reportedly murdered.
