Elm Guest House "became a convenient place for rent boys to take their clients."

Elm Guest House's German-born manager was Carole Kasir.

Reportedly Elm Guest House became a place for "the grooming of young boys in care for sex, elaborate gay parties involving senior public figures including members of the Conservative Party, charges of a police cover-up and even the suggestion of murder."

12 boys gave reported they had been abused by men at the house.

The spooky Special Branch police were involved.

The list of people reportedly attending the child-abuse sex parties includes:

Sir Anthony Blunt, two High Court judges and a Foreign Office official...

Chris Fay, a social worker, says that Carole Kasir showed him about 20 photographs men with young boys; one photo showed "a well-known public figure wearing nothing but a French maid's apron alongside a young boy nude apart from a tiara".

In 1990, at the age of 47, Kasir was found dead in her flat, reportedly murdered.

"Police have been hindered by the loss of many documents...."
