WHY IS LIAM FOX BEING GOT AT?

Top UK Conservative politician Liam Fox and friend. Website for this image

Why is the UK's Liam Fox being got at by the media?

(UK DEFENCE SCRETARY TO BE SACKED?)

1. Liam Fox wants to stop the EU from having its own military operational headquarters.

Fox asks: "Do you really want the people who brought you the Common Agricultural Policy and the eurozone to be in charge of your defence?"

(Fiscal hawk flies high on a year of successes)

2. According to a source: Liam Fox was sceptical of the whole Libya operation from the start "which didn’t endear him to No 10 as Dave was sticking his neck out trying to get it done."

3. Liam Fox is a tough little working-class conservative.

He is originally from a council house in the West of Scotland.

He attended St. Bride's High School.

Think of Catholic politicians from the Glasgow area such as Steven Purcell and John Reid.

TOP POLITICIANS, INCLUDING JOHN REID, ALLEGED LINKS TO GANGSTERS)

A Conservative politician says of Liam Fox: "He’s a reckless bastard with no judgment."

Liam Fox's grandfather was a coal miner and Liam was raised on a council estate in East Kilbride, near Glasgow.

He became a doctor in the East End of Glasgow.

4. Liam Fox is very different from the upper class leader of the Conservative Party, David Cameron.

David Cameron appoints a gay man as his chief speechwriter

David Cameron has appointed Guardian leader writer Julian Glover as his chief speechwriter.

Julian Glover is the civil partner of Times writer Matthew Parris.

5. Liam Fox has annoyed the military chiefs by making cuts in the size of the UK armed forces.

This looks like a pretty good summing up of why the modern English Establishment should be anti-Fox.

It misses the fact though that ever since the spat between Home Secretary Theresa May and Justice Secretary Kenneth Clarke at the Conservative Party Conference last week Prime Minister Cameron has been pondering sacrificing another, less loyal Tory member of his Cabinet in order to draw the media's fire. This is how Conservative Party politics works.

Off topic but this bears very careful reading.

The Federal Reserve Cartel: The Eight Families

A mere eight families versus an entire planet of almost seven billion strong.

Not much of a competition, is it? Not an enviable position being at the top, is it?

I won't ask you to publish any names or addresses. These are easy enough to find.

Hell, even I have entered the office of the BIS General Manager on the 17th floor of the Tower and shook hands with the man in there. And I asked him if he believes in the Efficient Market Hypothesis.

He and his masters will soon know what I meant.

I will make believers of them all.

Interesting timing, what with the Tory conference last week.. this Werritty issue has been known about in the Tory Party since March.

Which Tory leaked it and why?

Is it because Fox has been leaking re the MoD?

Why has Hague been so quiet??
