The Daily Mail has asked if Vladimir Putin has had plastic surgery, or, just plenty of sleep?. Or, has Putin got a double?

Its a double. Compare Putin's pics along the years, its so easy to notice. Nothing new, the game keeps going.

Identical ears. Plastic surgery for sure. That weird stretched look is a dead giveaway.
Still, what with Hitler and Saddam et al, it's always worth asking the question.
probably just the rewards of some blood sacrifices.

assuming, the genuine picture is the one with the wrinkles, the other ones are probably photoshopped in case Vladimir really wants to run for prime-minister??
Caveman
Its more than Photoshop and/or surgery. Its smb else.

botox, dermal fillers, etc.
isn't the Daily Mail cheeky to be so confused about such things? the Daily Mail will throw anyone under the bus for looking tired or aged, but then, they will throw anyone under the bus for having work done. win win win.
Probably botoxed. More likely than chirurgy, the expressionlessness of the pic is revealing.
Plastic surgery.
The 'new' Putin has the same small 'bump' mole on his high left cheekbone, the draw of the mouth and lips is the same.
I think it's a shame people are so vain or unsecure they need to try and stay young-looking via surgery. Aging happens to us all, we all shrivel-up and die, what's wrong with that?
My experience is that the older surgery-people get the more obvious it gets, as the skin, the flesh, can't age normally, form itself as it would have, is trying to do. Just makes it worse.
I need an actual date for each picture, and where the picture was obtained from, to get a feel for this investigation, aangirfan. That is vital before making assumptions.
As others have pointed out . . . botox, photoshop, touch-ups, and an actual double are possibilities. Nobody points out similar ears, but again, ears are easy to replicate with photoshop or cosmetically. hey, if you have a double, do you think they don't think of this shit? Of course they do!
My first guess is just photoshop plus some plastic surgery, but definitely need more info on it to be more sure here.
> identical ears -
It is possible nowadays to make identical ears.
