British soldiers broke Geneva Conventions?

This picture was taken by a British soldier in 2004. The Iraqis were interrogated at a British military base. The picture was handed to The Independent newspaper.

Does this show British soldiers broke Geneva Conventions?

Article 3 of the Geneva Conventions prohibits the humiliating and degrading treatment of detainees.

The covering of a prisoner's face and rear handcuffing on the ground is a breach of Article 3.

Article 31 of the Geneva Conventions prohibits physical and moral coercion.

The covering of a prisoner's face and rear handcuffing on the ground to support interrogations breaches Article 31

It also breaches Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights.

It also breaches the UK Army's own rules on the hooding of prisoners.

aangirfan: "British generals should be hanged for war crimes."
