Mousa al-Sawarka lived in a small ramshackle house, watching over his camels and crops on the edge of Beit Lahia in the north of the Gaza strip, until the rain of Israeli artillery shells got too much.
So the 68-year-old Bedouin farmer moved in with his son in town.

Jersey bones had been cut
According to the BBC, in May 2008:
"Bone fragments found in the cellar of a former Jersey children's home had been cut, suggesting a homicide or an unexplained death, police say.
"They said they had 70 suspects in their inquiry into claims, made by 116 people, of abuse at Haut de la Garenne between the early 1960s and 1986.

Police on Jersey, in the UK, investigating possible child murders, found more than 250 bone fragments buried at Jersey Steel after workmen unearthed human remains during the summer of 2008.

It has been claimed that these bones were very old.

Reportedly the police are now claiming that there were no dungeons at the children's home in Jersey, called Haute de la Garenne.
On 11 November 2008, a police source told the Daily Mail about the Jersey case:
'There were no bodies, no shackles, no dungeons - nothing. Nobody was killed at Haute de la Garenne.'
According to The Mail:
"The extradordinary disclosures, which will prompt claims of a cover-up, come eight months after Mr Harper claimed to have found the remains of a child's skull at the home...
"The officers now in charge will also reveal that there was not a single shred of evidence to back Mr Harper's repeated allegations that children had been murdered. 'We don't know why Mr Harper even started digging at the home,' said the source. 'There is no evidence to suggest anything happened here. None of it stands up.'"

The "secret underground chambers" were just holes in the floor, "not dungeons or cellars".
Around 200 witnesses have spoken of torture and deaths at the children's home in Jersey.

"As the first picture of a 'punishment room' under Haut de la Garenne in Jersey was released today, a creepy message written on a wooden post against a wall said: 'I’ve been bad for years and years.'...

The Belfast Telegraph, 13 November 2008, has a story entitled Jersey probe: Lenny Harper hits back
Lenny Harper was the police officer who suggested that children may have been murdered in a children's home in Jersey in the UK.
David Warcup is the police officer who took over from Harper and who claims that no children were murdered.
The Belfast Telegraph reports Warcup’s claims at a recent press conference and Harper’s response.
Warcup: After being examined by experts from the British Museum, a fragment thought to have been from a skull turned out to be a piece of Victorian coconut shell.
Harper: They spoke about the original find “probably being a piece of coconut or wood.”
The truth is that the item has never been positively identified and the source they quoted was only one of a number of varying opinions.
Furthermore, it has never been explained just how collagen, which is only found in mammals, was found in it.
Warcup: “Shackles” found in rubble turned out to be “a rusty piece of metal”, and there was no evidence to suggest it had been used for anything suspicious.
Harper: They described the shackles as “just rusty pieces of metal.” Of course they are rusty pieces of metal — they have been in the ground for over 30 years.
Furthermore, they ignore the fact that it was not only us who described them as shackles, which one pair obviously are.
Builders who found them in 2003 and left them where they were, tipped off the media that we would find shackles.
Warcup: The “secret underground chambers” were just holes in the floor, “not dungeons or cellars”.
Harper: They said that the cellars are “not cellars or dungeons, but are merely floor voids.”
Surprisingly, I never used the word dungeons.
They are not floor voids.
What we call the cellars (and what the victims call the cellars) are in fact what used to be the ground floor.
What is certain is that victims described them accurately and the abuse that went on in there.
Warcup: Most of the 170 pieces of bone found in the search came from animals. Three were human and two of these dated from between 1470-1670 and 1650-1950 respectively.
Harper: “The bones could be hundreds of years old.”
Well this is certainly not new.
When detailing the results of carbon dating, I made it clear that the dates ranged from 1650 to 1950.
The expert in the UK who had examined the first bones we sent (which included a piece of child's tibia) said that they were very likely the bones of a juvenile human, they had been burnt shortly after death and buried shortly after burning.
In his view they were no more than a few decades old.

"One PC has been suspended for 25 months - on a salary of £29,029 and in total these suspensions alone have so far cost the force £215,635.
"The figure is much higher than neighbouring Durham Constabulary where just one officer and one support staff member are suspended on full pay...

Operation Rose saw more than 200 people investigated but in the end only six convicted.
"The £5m inquiry led to 558 claims of assault, rape and other sexual abuse from 277 residents or former residents of 61 care homes.
"The methods used by Northumbria police have been referred to the Commons home affairs committee, which is studying the handling of hundreds of similar child abuse allegations in care homes.
"The scale of the north-east inquiry has emerged with the lifting of a legal gag. The two years of reporting restrictions on the trials of 32 north-east care workers and teachers linked to 142 allegations of child abuse, ended on Tuesday with the collapse of the final case in Newcastle crown court." - Cached

5. "OPERATION Rose was one of the country's biggest investigations into historic sexual and physical child abuse.
"The inquiry was launched in August 1997 when a woman in her 20s disclosed to a social worker that she and a friend had been both sexually and physically abused as children while living in a children's home in the Northumbria Police area.
"After a meeting between police and social services, an investigation was launched, centring on council-run care homes in the North-East and stemming from initial allegations in Newcastle and Northumberland.
"Officers manning a confidential telephone line for people who were in care between the mid-1960s and mid-1980s received 23 calls in the first 24 hours, from people complaining of sexual and physical assault.
"Initial inquiries revealed six victims alleging abuse by eight suspects who had worked in homes across the region going back to the 1960s.
"As the inquiry continued, the number of alleged victims escalated.

A SHOCK secret police report into the Jersey House of Hell children's home reveals youngsters there WERE murdered then BURNED in a furnace to COVER UP the atrocities.
It's feared island authorities may try to hush up the dossier on Haut de la Garenne orphanage but a source told us: "Officers on this case are in NO DOUBT what went on."

Innocent children WERE raped, murdered and their bodies then BURNT in a FURNACE at the Jersey House of Horrors, says a top-secret police report into the scandal.
News of the World investigation reveals cops have shocking new evidence of how the killings were COVERED UP at the Haut de la Garenne care home.
Our chilling revelations come as officers prepare to hand over their damning dossier from Britain's biggest ever child abuse probe to the island's States of Jersey authorities.
A total of 65 teeth and around 100 charred fragments of bones are all that remain of victims detectives believe were abused and killed before their tortured corpses were thrown into a fiery grave inside the house of hell.
But records of children who stayed at the home over past decades have been destroyed so police have an impossible task of putting names to their grim finds.
A source close to the four-month investigation told us: "There's NO doubt in the minds of the detectives on this case that children WERE murdered in the home.
"Officers believe they have compelling evidence that youngsters' bodies were burnt in the home's furnace then the remains swept into the soil floor in the cellars—the area that became dubbed ‘the torture rooms'.
Ripped
"The problem has been identifying the children that went missing over the years. No records were kept of who came and left that place.
"Kids were shipped to the home from all over the UK and were never heard of again.
"All the inquiry team have to go on is this grim collection of teeth and bone fragments and no names to match up to the remains.
"Because this investigation has seen so many twists and turns people seem to find it hard to accept that children WERE slaughtered and their deaths WERE covered up."
Most of the dental remains discovered have been identified as children's milk teeth. And we can reveal that among more than 100 bone fragments is a TIBIA from a child's leg and what police believe is an "intact" ADENOID bone from the ear of an infant.
These were all retrieved from a fingertip search of the four cellars in the Home's EAST WING.
Forensic teams also found STRANDS OF NYLON which they have concluded came from the head of a broom.
And, because those type of nylon brooms were only used in the late 1960s and early 1970s, the discovery helped officers to put a date on when the bones were swept into the soil floor.
Cops are now convinced that those charred bones and teeth were emptied from the bottom of the home's industrial furnace—located away in the West Wing—when it was ripped out around that time to install oil-fired central heating.
Officers have spoken to builders who worked on renovations at the home but have been unable to discover what happened to the furnace after that. But they have taken samples from the chimney breast which was left behind.
Around that same time wooden floorboards were laid OVER the old soil floor in the east wing.
And it is there, within the hidden torture chambers just inches below, that the bones, a pair of shackles and children's clothing were found.
Also in the underground rooms police discovered a large concrete bath with traces of blood. A builder has also given evidence that he was asked to dig two lime pits in the ground nearby around that period. Lime pits have often been used to destroy corpses.
So far 97 people have come forward to complain they were abused as children at Haut de la Garenne. Many have described being drugged, shackled, raped, flogged and held in a dark cellar for long periods.
Much of the clothing found at the scene is thought to date back to the 1960s and 1970s when youngsters had to make their own clothes and shoes in the care home work shop.
Cops now believe that whoever was responsible for removing the furnace KNEW that there were children's remains inside. And they think it was moved while disgraced headmaster Colin Tilbrook was in charge of the place.
Tilbrook, now dead, has been described by former charges as being behind "some of the most horrific abuse" at the home.
We can reveal that cops now plan to quiz one of his closest aides who is still alive and living in the UK.
Tilbrook, who ran the home in the 1960s, died aged 62 in 1988 after suffering a heart attack in a public swimming pool. His foster daughter Tina Blee, 38, recently made an emotional visit to Haut de la Garenne to meet abuse victims and bravely told how SHE was raped by the monster every week as a child, after he took her in following his departure from Jersey.
She said: "I needed to come here to say sorry for what he's done. If children were killed here I'm convinced he played a big part in it.
"He was more than capable of murder."
This week police began a forensic examination inside a nearby World War II German bunker which victims say was used as a base for abusing children.
Six witnesses say they were sexually assaulted by staff at the squat brick building which houses a network of underground rooms and passages.
As that work starts, police have closed the doors on their detailed forensic hunt inside the hell home.
Lack of records still hampers police. But we can reveal that one mainland authority, Birmingham City Council, has presented the Jersey force with a list of children who were sent to the home but went missing.
Although four have now been tracked down, after a mammoth search one still remains unaccounted for.
Earlier this year we also uncovered allegations that pictures of BABIES being raped were taken in the care home and circulated by an international child porn ring.

Experts suspect the home was responsible for many of the seedy network's 9,000 sick pictures, discovered in an infamous haul in Holland in the Nineties.
It was dubbed the Zandvoort stash, after the town where it was found—but the source studio was never uncovered.
Police said their latest intensive probe at Haut de la Garenne has produced more than 40 suspects.
Three men have already been charged with sex abuse offences as part of the inquiry. But now, despite the wealth of shocking detail uncovered by officers, there are fears the full truth about the House of Hell could be covered up yet again after the investigation boss, Jersey's tough No2 top cop Lenny Harper, retires next month.
Haut de la Garenne's abused former residents have repeatedly claimed that what happened was deliberately hushed up to avoid tarnishing Jersey's reputation as a family-friendly tourist haven and to give politicians in London no excuse to try to exercise more control over the island.
Although Jersey is part of the British Isles and under the Queen's rule, it has a separate government system and makes its own laws.
Jersey's 53-member parliament has no political parties and its politicians, judges, policemen and business leaders come from a small elite—often linked by friendship or family.
In a separate case recently investigators were frustrated by the island's legal authorities who refused to charge a couple accused of beating their foster children with cricket bats. Despite being told by lawyers and an honorary police officer who reviewed the case that there was sufficient evidence to go ahead, the charges were blocked at the 11th hour.
A police source said: "The argument for not charging this couple was that their natural children have said they're of good character.
"The detailed statements of all the people who claim they were physically assaulted seem to count for nothing."
The Haut de la Garenne file, along with several others, is now complete but is "being held up" by lawyers.
Our inside source added: "There's a strong suspicion that the files are being held on to until Lenny Harper goes and a new team is in place.
"No one will be surprised if the truth about what happened in the care home never surfaces and once more the evidence gets swept under the carpet."

1. Officially, UK inflation has been relatively low, but in most key areas of the economy, inflation has actually been very high.
House prices, for example, rose 11.4 % each year for a period of ten years up until 2005.
Transport and energy costs also shot up.
2. The U.K. economy relies on consumer spending, which accounts for two-thirds of the nation's GDP.
But the average family does not have enough money to pay for fancy holidays and clothes and cars and so on.

In the UK, a white man kept his two daughters as sex slaves, from 1980 to 2008.
He made the two daughters pregnant 19 times and the daughters have seven surviving children.

1. In 1988 , at the school attended by the two daughters, it was clear that the two daughters had suspicious injuries. There were burn marks on one girl's face.

Over the phone, the two daughters asked for reassurance that they could keep their children.
They were not given a guarantee, by Childline, that they would keep the children and they ended the phone call.
3. In 1997, Police investigated after being contacted by the brother of the two daughters.
The police decided to take no action and the rapes continued.
The man was not arrested until 2008.
The relatives said they contacted the police when the youngest daughter, who was about five years old at the time, was taken to hospital with a broken leg.
Allegedly she had been thrown down the stairs by her father.
Relatives say that they told police of the abuse after the first child was born to one of the daughters.
Relatives say the police failed to act on this information.

4. The sisters and their children had many medical appointments.
But, reportedly, medical staff failed to act, in any effective way, on their suspicions.

KASSAR - CIA Asset?
Kassar, who may have been a CIA asset, and whose name is linked to Lockerbie.On 20 November 2008, Monzer Al Kassar, following a three-week jury trial in Manhattan federal court, was found guilty of:
conspiracy to murder U.S. nationals, conspiracy to murder U.S. officers and employees, conspiracy to acquire and export anti-aircraft missiles, conspiracy to provide material support and resources to the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARC), a designated foreign terrorist organization, and money laundering. Reportedly, since the early 1970s, Al Kassar was a source of weapons and military equipment for groups engaged in violent conflicts around the world.
Some of those groups included the Palestinian Liberation Front (PLF).
Reportedly, Al Kassar developed an international network of criminal associates, as well as front companies and bank accounts in various countries, including the United Kingdom, Spain, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Poland, Bulgaria and Romania.

Reportedly, Rifat Assad, 'the Syrian boss of the Lebanese heroin industry', and Monzer al-Kassar took over Lebanon's Bekaa Valley in 1975 with the help of the Syrian Army.

They flew on Pan Am flight 103 which came down over Lockerbie.

Kassar is said to be a very major arms and drugs smuggler.

In 1992, al-Kassar made arms sales in the millions of dollars to Croatia, Bosnia and Somalia, violating United Nations arms embargoes to all three countries.

On 8 June 2007, the DEA (US Drug Enforcement Administration) announced the arrest in Spain of Monzer al Kassar. This was said to be linked to arms sales to rebels in Colombia.

Dianne MaloneyDianne Maloney, 49, from London, may have been murdered, because of her connections to Jersey child abuse.
Her brother, Bill Maloney, 52, presented evidence to an inquest that Dianne was murdered, as a result of his investigation into child abuse in children's homes.
Speaking to the 'Southwark News' (FAMILY INSISTS MYSTERY DEATH WAS MURDER) Bill Maloney, said: "There seems to be things that happened to my sister that they (the police) are not aware of. I was looking for an adjournment and I am now looking for an investigation by the police, because they have not come to me or come to my family."
Eight members of the Maloney family, who lived at Astbury Road in Peckham, were all placed in care as youngsters.
Bill Maloney said that Dianne had suffered long periods of sexual abuse while in homes.
Bill suffered physical abuse in care homes.
Recently Bill made a documentary called 'Sun, Sea and Satan' about the Haut de la Garenne children's home in Jersey where children's bones have been discovered in the grounds.
Dianne as a youngster took a sailing trip with the Sea Cadets to the Jersey care home.
Bill said: "I believe there is a conspiracy against me following the making of this film. Dianne had sorted herself out and was good but she was drinking again when her case (against two councils which was also looking into the treatment of children in care homes) was dropped, and the people who dropped the case knew this would happen.
"She was killed sometime between June 6 and June 12, on the 6th she attended King's College Hospital, where she complained she was punched in the chest, and there was blood around her mouth as well, but this was not followed up. My sister also had a habit of keeping thousands of pounds in her flat, which has never been recovered."
He added: "One of the last things she said to me was that she had a letter from the House of Commons she wanted to show me but I never got to see that. The next thing I heard was when I came back from work and my wife Maria greeted me along with my daughter Regan, and they told me that Dianne had died, so I could not understand why."

2. PHONECALLS BETWEEN MURAT AND MALINKA
The police were understood to have taken in for questioning Sergey Malinka, 22, a man of Russian origin, from whose property officers also took away a laptop computer and two hard drives. Malinka had set up a website for Murat and the two exchanged frequent phone calls since Madeleine's disappearance — the reason the authorities started suspecting him.[41][42]
Malinka denied he had contacted Murat, and said he was "completely innocent".[44] Inconsistencies in his account of his relationship with Robert Murat emerged: he had said he had not contacted Murat in a year but Murat’s mobile phone records allegedly show he called Mr Malinka at 23:40 on the night Madeleine went missing.[45][46]
3. MURAT SEEN OUTSIDE THE HOLIDAY COMPLEX
Detectives from the Polícia Judiciária questioned three friends of the McCanns who were dining with them at the time of the disappearance, Rachael Oldfield, Russell O'Brien and Fiona Payne, "to go over their accounts of events on 3 May". The three were also brought face to face with Murat.[50] As a result of the interviews, police examined discrepancies between statements from the three friends and that from Murat, in particular claims from the friends that they saw Murat outside the holiday complex on the night of the disappearance when he had stated that he was at home with his mother.[50]

This means eight witnesses saw Murat near the apartment that night and 'blows to bits' Murat's alibi that he was at his mother's house the entire night Madeleiene went missing.
On the afternoon of May 3, the day Madeleine vanished, the two sisters noticed two men acting suspiciously on the ground floor balcony of an apparently empty apartment overlooking the swimming pool of the complex where Madeleine had been staying.
At around 10.30 in the evening of May 3, the two sisters noticed a man standing and smoking a cigarette in the reception area.
The following day the two sisters went to the local police to report the two suspicious-looking men.
As the police walked with the sisters towards the apartment, where the two men had been seen, Murat offered his services as a translator. The two sisters recognised Murat as the smoking man from the previous evening.
The two sisters invited Murat for a drink. One sister, Jayne Jensen told police she thought Murat’s behaviour was strange, and her suspicions were further aroused when he said he needed to change his clothes because he had been wearing the same outfit all day.
He was dressed in a navy blue T-shirt and jeans, he was very sweaty, and his comment was, ‘I must go and shower and change, I’ve been in these clothes all day.’

Michaela Walczuch reportedly claims she was at a Jehovah's Witness meeting four miles away when Madeleine McCann was snatched.
Friends of Michaela said Walczuch was at the Jehovah’s Witness meeting on May 3 and that police had confirmed this.
But church elder Brother Teofilo Castela has said: "She was thrown out of the church more than a year ago and doesn't attend."
He added: “I haven’t been interviewed by the police. They haven’t been here.”
Another witness said, "I haven’t seen Michaela all year. She’s been thrown out."
Reportedly, Portuguese detectives have not bothered to test Walczuch's alibi by talking to any of the Jehovah’s Witnesses in Lagos, near Praia da Luz.

The picture (1) was taken before Madeleine was kidnapped, and is clear that the place is inside the Ocean Resort. The man in question, with shaved hair, sunglasses and strongly build, appears in several photos, published in British and Spanish newspapers, among Police officers and close to Robert Murat. Our question to Portuguese CID about this man received the same answer: no comments, details of the investigation are covered by Secrecy Law.

Ananda Krishnan and the Johnston Press
Johnston Press, which owns The Scotsman and the Yorkshire Post, has large debts.
Money earned from adverts in the papers has been falling.
In May 2008, Usaha Tegas, the investment vehicle owned by the Malaysian billionaire Ananda Krishnan, injected more money into Johnston press and became the largest single shareholder. (Struggling Johnston Press in emergency £212m fundraising ...)
Ananda Krishnan, born 1938, is a Tamil Malaysian businessman, of Sri Lankan Tamil origin.
Nicknamed TAK, he is currently estimated to be worth US$7.4 billion[1] according to Forbes' latest annual list of billionaires, making him the third wealthiest man in Southeast Asia behind Robert Kuok and Ng Teng Fong and number 119 in the world.
Since May 2008, the share price of Johnston Press has slumped further.
Ananda bought Johnston Press shares at 94 pence each.

3. In September 2008, Yemen reportedly uncovered a network of 40 Mossad spies.

7. Reportedly, al-Zawahiri became a fan of the Sayyid Qutb, who was a secular (non-religious) reformer in the 1930s, but who apparently became an Islamist in the 1950s and 1960s.

On 21 September 2008, Herman Simm, an employee of Estonia’s defence ministry, was arrested, along with his wife, and charged with spying for an unnamed foreign power.

Jutta Rabe, a German journalist, has now revealed the connections between Simm and the cover-up of the evidence about the weapons smuggling.
Rabe's revelations about Simm and an official dive to the wreck of Estonia was reported in the Finnish newspaper, Turun Sanomat, from the port city of Turku, although they were completely ignored in the Estonian media.
Anders Bjorkman, a naval architect, has proven that the official version of what happened during the sinking of Estonia is false. The Estonian state media, however, generally ignores raising any questions about the catastrophe.
The divers, who reportedly found Voronin's case, worked for Rockwater, a subsidiary of Brown & Root Energy Services (BRES) which is a subsidiary of Halliburton.
Voronin is an Ashkenazic Jewish surname.
Voronin is said to have died of a heart attack at age 45, in 2002, two weeks after the Sued-Deutsche Zeitung, a leading German newspaper, published details of his weapons and space technology business in connection with the Estonia catastrophe.

Shy Keenan, as a child, was in the hands of a child-abusing paedophile ring.
Stanley Claridge and his ring abused children in Wirral’s Noctorum estate, near Liverpool in the UK.
At the age of four, Shy Noonan became Claridge’s step-daughter.
She was then raped every day and was often being beaten by her mother.
When she was 10, Shy was attacked by the local gang of child abusers and left for dead in a field, her skull fractured.
Schools, social services and police failed to protect Shy.
The abuse occurred mainly on the Noctorum estate between 1971 and November 1982.
The Phoenix survivors website, http://www.phoenixsurvivors.org/, features a suicide note which a child-abuse victim wrote to his mother.
It reads: “What that b**tard did to me I will never forget. I will come back and haunt him I hope. Three of those put on trial had a previous conviction for child abuse, and were supposed to be under police supervision.
Some of the abused children talked of a group of men who arrived at the abuser Franck V.'s apartment wearing suits and ties, with their faces hidden behind masks.
Franck V.'s lawyer Pascal Rouiller said he believed the men were part of a wealthy pedophile ring.
Le Monde said Angers' police and judges were using "evasive justifications" about why they missed more than a year of warnings about child prostitution.

The Mail on Sunday, 16 November 2008, tells us about 'Czech spy' Agent Hammer.
Some of the story may be pro-Israel and right-wing disinformation, intended to hurt left-wing and pro-Palestine political figures in the UK.
According to the Mail on Sunday, Cynthia Roberts, codename Agent Hammer, spied on UK politicians in the 1970s and 1980s on behalf of communist East Germany and Czechoslovakia.

Reportedly Roberts went to live in Czechoslovakia in 1985, before the fall of the Berlin Wall.

As honorary secretary of Labour Action for Peace (LAP), much of Mrs Roberts' work was conducted from the House of Commons office of the Scottish Labour MP for Kilmarnock Willie McKelvey.
Reportedly, documents held by the Czech security service Statni Tajna Bezpecnost (STB) show that Roberts "apparently boasted of working for the East Germans while based at Westminster, and later was sent on ‘missions’ by her Czech handlers."
Reportedly, Roberts was asked to produce a report on the then head of the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament, Meg Beresford.
Roberts, in her report, says she suspects that Beresford is a CIA plant.

Haringey boy's link to child abuse rings and top people
Eileen Fairweather, in the Mail on Sunday, has linked Haringey to Islington and Jersey ('I have known about Jersey paedophiles for 15 years,' says award-winning journalist.)
The Haringey boy, from Labour-run Haringey in London, was tortured to death by a satanist.
On 16 November 2008, the Mail on Sunday tells us How a close male relative of Baby P is linked to a big paedophile ring.
This child-abuse ring operated in Labour-run Islington, the part of London where Tony Blair once lived.
Reportedly, the ring supplied boys to top people.
(This child abuse ring, reportedly, has links to the child abuse in Jersey, which in turn, reportedly, has links to the Dutroux affair and the security services)
The close male relative of Baby P reportedly recruited boys from children's homes in Islington for the child-abuse ring, according to a secret report seen by The Mail on Sunday.
In the early 1990s, the relative, as a boy, was put in a children's home, in Labour-run Islington, in London.
All 12 of the children's homes in Islington were being used by the child-abuse ring, which reportedly had links to top people.
This ring included three pimps called Alan, John and George.
Reportedly, the relative, then aged 13, was persuaded, by money, drugs and threats, to supply the pimps with young boys.
The relative tried to blow the whistle.
Reportedly, the relative told social workers the names of boys who were being ferried from the children's homes to various parts of London (Manor Park, Tottenham, Soho and Westminster) to ‘be buggered by old men’.
Reportedly, none of the men were put under surveillance or questioned.

Whistleblowing Social worker Neville Mighty, who had received death threats, named the relative in a report.
Neville Mighty contacted Islington’s then director of children’s services, Lyn Cusack, who is married to a senior policeman.
In June 1992, Mighty was sacked.
Liz Davies, the senior Islington social worker who encouraged Mighty to go public, said:
'We got too close. There were too many powerful people involved.
'Child sex, pornography and sadism are extremely lucrative industries.'
In 1994, an independent report criticised the failure of police and social workers to help the relative.

On 2 March 2008, Eileen Fairweather at the The Mail on Sunday had an excellent news story entitled 'I have known about Jersey paedophiles for 15 years,' says award-winning journalist.
Eileen Fairweather described the links between child abuse in Islington in London and child abuse on the islands of Jersey and Guernsey. She also suggests possible cover-ups by top police and politicians.
According to the Mail on Sunday article:
1. About 15 years ago, Detective Constable Peter Cook uncovered a child sex ring, with victims in both Britain and Jersey.
Cook's police bosses barred Cook from alerting police abuse specialists in London. Inquiries by junior detectives were closed down by senior police officers.
The child abuse ring members included an aristocrat, clerics and a social services chief. Their friends included senior police officers.
Cook managed to meet people at the National Criminal-Intelligence Squad. Little happened.
2. In February 2008, 'a child's remains' were found at a former children's home on Jersey.
More than 200 children who lived at Haut de la Garenne have described sexual and physical torture dating back to the Sixties.
3. There are the links between the child abuse at care homes in Islington, North London, and the child abuse on Jersey.
14-year-old Jason Swift, killed in 1985 by a paedophile gang, is believed to have lived in Islington council's Conewood Street home.
Two sources claimed this.
Every one of Islington's 12 care homes included staff who were paedophiles, child pornographers or pimps.
Police secretly confirmed that several Islington workers were 'major operators in the supply of children for abuse and pornography'.
Islington children were taken to Jersey 'on unofficial visits'.
Government Minister Margaret Hodge, then council leader in Islington, denounced "gutter journalists" who supposedly bribed children to lie about abuse.

5. Jersey social worker Simon Bellwood was sacked in 2007 after speaking out.
Jersey health minister Stuart Syvret was sacked after publicising a suppressed report into abuse allegations.
6. In June 1991, police in Cambridgeshire raided the home of Neil Hocquart who abused children in Britain and Guernsey.
Hocquart, along with a social worker from Jersey, supplied child pornography to a huge sex ring.
Hocquart, nee Foster, was abused while in care in Norfolk and was eventually 'befriended' by Captain H. Hocquart of Vale, in Guernsey.
Cambridgeshire police and a Scotland Yard squad raided Neil Hocquart's Swaffham Manor home in June 1991.
At nearby Ely they found his friend, Walter Clack, who was also reportedly involved with child pornography.
Police did not get a chance to properly interview these men. Hocquart died suddenly and Clack 'escaped with a £5,000 fine'.
Scotland Yard detectives related that they found at least "two or three" wills of older men who died of apparent heart attacks shortly after leaving everything to Neil Hocquart.
These deaths were never investigated.
7. Nicholas John Rabet, born on Jersey, was a friend of Hocquart's. Rabet became a childcare worker on Jersey.
Later, Rabet became deputy superintendent of islington council's home at 114 Grosvenor Avenue.
Rabet became a key supplier of children from Islington's care homes to paedophile rings.
Rabet and a colleague took children on trips to Jersey.
'Allegations mounted but nothing was done'.
Rabet befriended the widow of an American oil millionaire. This lady died after writing her will in Rabet's favour. Rabet inherited a property in Sussex, where he opened a children's activity centre. Children in Islington's care were regularly invited to stay there.
Hocquart and Walter Clack became "volunteers" at this activity centre.
Hocquart befriended one young boy called Shane (not his real name) who stayed at an islington care home.
Sussex police raided Rabet's children's centre and then contacted Shane, at his Islington children's home. Shane confirmed months of 'abuse'. Attempts to investigate further 'were thwarted by Islington Council'.
Islington 'falsely told Sussex officers it had no file material on Rabet or his alleged victim'.
The independent White inquiry into the abuse in Islington children's homes found that "at assistant director level . . . many confidential files were destroyed by mistake, although there is no evidence of conspiracy."
During the Rabet investigation, Islington refused to interview any other children in care or help Sussex police identify other children in Rabet's photos.
Police decided not to prosecute.
Shane told journalist Eileen Fairweather: "This goes right to the top. You have no idea how big this is."
Fairweather writes: "Third World police... succeeded where Britain's finest in Cambridgeshire, Sussex, London and Jersey had failed."
Rabet was arrested in Thailand in 2006 and charged with abusing 30 boys, some as young as six. Thai police believed he had abused at least 300.
Rabat was never tried. He died suddenly on 12 May 2006.
8. Two other Jersey-born social workers also worked in Islington.
One arranged sailing trips to Guernsey; the other sent children to Rabet's centre. Both were accused of abuse.
9. When Detective Constable Cook travelled to Guernsey, he met two brothers whom Hocquart 'delivered to a high-ranking, respected local man to rape'.
Reportedly no action was taken by senior police.
Jason Swift
Jason is believed to have lived in Islington council's Conewood Street children's home. (Jersey child abuse link to Islington, London)
Sidney Cooke, Leslie Bailey, Robert Oliver, and Lennie Smith, were imprisoned in 1989 for the manslaughter of Jason Swift.
Cooke and his gang had sexually tortured and prostituted a number of boys.
The gang is believed to have killed at least nine children.[2]
Cooke was sentenced to 19 years in prison.
In 1998, Cooke was let out of prison eight years early.

In 1982 Margaret Hodge (nee Oppenheimer) became Islington council leader.
She became a close friend of Tony Blair, who lived in Islington, a few doors away from Hodge.
In February 1990 Liz Davies and David Cofie, senior social workers, discovered evidence of sex abuse of children and reported it to a residents' meeting attended by Mrs Hodge.
In May 1990 Mr Cofie and Ms Davies were told by Lyn Cusack, assistant director of social services, to stop interviewing children about the abuse claims.
On 1 May 1997 Tony Blair moved from Islington to Downing Street.

The Independent, 9 March 2008, has an article on missing children (Our children are missing: Most vulnerable youngsters are targeted) which tells us the following:
Sarah Benford, 14, disappeared from Welford House children's home in Northampton in April 2000.
She is still missing.
The UK's Police National Missing Persons Bureau has 1,418 "open cases" of missing children.
According to Police figures more than 100 children who should be in care have been missing for at least four years.
Many children who go missing are not reported to the police.
Member of parliament Helen Southworth says: "All figures on children missing from anywhere are estimates because, astonishingly, there is no requirement for data to be recorded or collected nationally."
Almost 1,000 children went missing from UK residential and foster care in 2007.
The number that went missing from care increased from 570 in 1997 to 950 in 2007.

From this we learn:
1. Financial journals including the Economist and the Financial Times want HBOS to remain independent.
2. Tavish Scott, leader of the Scottish Liberal Democrats, has called for the deal with Lloyds to be blocked by the UK government.
He wants the UK government to reimpose competition rules, which were suspended more than six weeks ago, before the UK government had to bail out Lloyds.
Mr Scott said: "The taxpayers taking a huge chunk in HBOS will save the jobs of staff and retain strong competitive banking competition across Scotland.
"Scaremongering the shareholders of HBOS is wrong and the board should resign.
"Instead they should allow people who want to keep HBOS independent to have a chance for the benefit of the bank's and Scotland's future."
3. Sir Peter Burt, the former chief executive of HBOS, has been calling for HBOS to remain independent.
Sir PeterBurt and former RBS chairman Sir George Mathewson have also been trying to get the current HBOS board sacked.
Their call for an independent bank has support from many politicians in Scotland.
4. A merged Lloyds/HBOS bank would require £17 billion which has been offered by the UK government.
Sir Peter and Sir George said that:
"HBOS needs £12.5 billion to survive as an independent bank.
"This figure is only 6 per cent above the money the government has already committed to the merger, compared to the additional 27 per cent that Lloyds TSB would have to raise if a takeover does not go through.
"The Chancellor confirmed on 8 October that any eligible bank was entitled to apply for recapitalisation and has subsequently said that this is still the case.
5. HBOS shareholders are due to vote on the Lloyds offer on 12 December. Lloyds TSB shareholders will vote on the proposals at a meeting on 17 November 2008.

The Vincennes and Lockerbie and Heroin
Where Iran Air 655 came down in 1988The USA likes to show that it is the boss when it comes to the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz.
In April 1988, the USA carried out Operation Praying Mantis, the United States Navy's largest engagement of surface warships since World War II.
Two Iranian oil platforms, two Iranian ships and six Iranian gunboats were destroyed.
In July 1988, the USA shot down an Iranian passenger plane.
290 passengers and crew, including 66 children, were killed.
Iran Air Flight 655 was shot down by US missiles over the Strait of Hormuz, within Iranian airspace.
The missiles came from the U.S. Navy's guided missile cruiser USS Vincennes, which was inside Iranian territorial waters.

There appears to be a disinformation campaign aimed at linking Lockerbie/Pan Am 103 with the Vincenne's shooting down of Iran Air Flight 655.
A report for Pan Am concluded, probably correctly, that the Lockerbie bomb was targeted specifically to kill a small band of US Defence Intelligence Agents, led by Major Charles McKee, who had collected evidence a drugs ring run by a CIA unit in Lebanon. (BBC Lockerbie theories)
The Lockerbie evidence appears to point to the CIA having brought down Pan Am 103 over Lockerbie.
What about Iran?

The Haringey Boy

The boy died in a blood-spattered cot in Haringey, London, in 2007.
A post mortem showed the boy had a broken back and eight broken ribs
He had spent much of his life being treated as a punchbag.
Gordon Brown's Labour Government ignored a whistleblower's plea for an investigation into Haringey Council's social services department six months before the boy died.
The whistleblower wrote: "Child abusers are not being tackled."
Haringey Council is run by Labour, Gordon Brown's party.
On the boy's final day alive, police told his mother that they would take no further action over suspicions she had assaulted him.
The boy's injuries
The killer of the boy had a fascination for Nazi memorabilia.
When he and the lodger clicked their fingers the boy would touch his forehead on the floor in fear of another beating.

In September 2006, the FBI informant, Mahmoud Omar, complained that one of the immigrants "was gonna have a problem with me" because he kept refusing to plan, train or arrange meetings to discuss an attack.
Some time later, five Moslem immigrants found themselves in court, charged with plotting to kill US soldiers.
In November 2008, the comment by the informant, Mahmoud Omar, was told to jurors.
Defense lawyers say that the FBI informant Omar, an Egyptian national and convicted criminal, concocted and encouraged the conspiracy.
During conversation with the suspect, Mohamad Shnewer, Omar suggested Fort Dix as a possible target.
